bye bye!
Yep, that's Hannah's new thing. Bye bye! :) We were at my mom's house this week, and as my mom left one day, she told Hannah (as she does whenever she leaves) Bye bye Hannah! And Hannah looked at her, grinned, and said "buh-bah", and waved her hand (actually, her whole arm, like she can't figure out how to bend her elbow-LOL) to my mom! And last night she figured out the complexities of clapping. I would clap my hands, grab hers, and clap her hands. She'd then STARE at them for a minute, and SLLLOOOOOOWWWWLLLYYYY put them together. Then would GRIN. She'd clap again, and grin some more. She also can PBTHPBHTPBHT like the best of them. And gets EVERYONE wet when she does that.
Matthew, on the other hand, is being a PAIN now that Tim's gone again. Tim left for 3 weeks on Wednesday, and Matthew has been a royal PITA ever since he left. UGH. It's like he knows Daddy's gone, but can't figure out how to vocalize it, so he just is throwing tantrums, and just being mean. So we've gotten VERY familiar with the time-out chair. Kinda sad that I have to put him in it when I KNOW the reason he's acting up, but I can't just let him go and do the things he's doing just because Daddy's not here anymore.
And Tim has made a decision. He's getting out of the Navy. Which I *KNOW* he wants to do, but it's WAY nerve-wracking, not knowing what's gonna happen in the future (he doesn't have any job prospects yet, just knows that he doesn't want to stay in the Navy anymore). And I know he'll be happier out of the military, it's just scary not having a "back-up plan" to fall back on. And this is happening by the end of April, so I have about 2 months to get house in selling condition (YIKES!), and wait for Tim to find a job. *sigh* Such is the life of me. :)
